Problem with cloth guildmaster saying I am on 2nd quest for escutcheon shield when I am really on the 3rd. I cancelled the first request in the beginning and took on 2 others and he says im on 2nd now, when it should be 3rd.

Steps:
1. accepted first quest which was hunters cloth and impossible so I cancelled it.
2. accepted 2nd and 3rd quest completed them.
3. talked to guildmaster of cloth guild and he says heres your 2nd assignment when im on my third. and the assignment was hunters cloth again, so I cancelled it.
4. now awaiting next assignment but I should be on 3rd not 2nd.
