Amnesia and BST

Amnesia completely cripples BST.

The ability to call, reward, assault and/or retreat is completely disabled.

Considering the range limitation, can this possibly be looked at?

While we're at it, give pets immunity to it. It's total BS that we get double penalized since pets tend to get hit for full duration due to abysmal meva.
