Logged in, did the update, started playing the game.
Went to call Cornelia and could not find her. She is missing from my list of available alter egos. I think there may be a few more that are missing, but check right now.

Removal of Cornelia's alter ego was intentional, as it was only a temporary, 15th Vana’versary-related thing.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I just wanted to confirm Cornelia was intended to be a temporary Alter Ego (http://www.playonline.com/pcd/topics/ff11us/detail/15779/detail.html).
We'll see what we can do in the future about sharing reminders about any limited time elements like this!
