Unable to upgrade Terpischore to ilvl119

Steps:
1. After upgrading Terpsichore to 99 went to Port Jeuno and talked with Oboro
2. Traded Terpsichore to Oboro to begin the quest
3. Oboro accepted and asked me to trade him 300 Beitetsu
4. Every time i try to trade Beitetsu (any quantity) he doesn't take them.
5. Contacted a GM and he sent me here.
6. Oboro will allow me to upgrade other ilvl119 weapons i have, only Terpsichore have some kind of bug.
