Bug in game , stuck .cann't move

I was doing Aht Urhgan Mission "Nashmeira's Plea" ,after killed the NM "Alexander" ,i got

disconnected.i was trying to log in as soon as possible.but it stuck at the last batttle.no
cutscenes at all.I cann't move.I cann't play.

"Friendlesspond " cann't move .
i was in a "Aht Urhgan MIssions" mission "Ragnarok" . i DCed when battle finished.And when i was back i got stuck. The CS cann't start , and cann't end . please help me out.

Holy crap i think thats the EXACT same cutscene I am stuck in after DCing!
