Can't connect to POL today

Hi, today i can't connect to FFXI.
My char was logged on during the night with the bazaar. This morning i got my char and i zoned in aht urghan whitegate. I got black screen, stuck on downloading data, then the game timed out.
After this i was unable to login to my character, but i was able to log in my mules.
I rebooted my pc and my router. After that i was unable to login POL and i get FFXI-0011.
I have FFXI installed in other pc, and i get the same message so ins't a pc fault.
Seems a connection issue.

With Netstat i got this:
TCP 192.168.1.4:56210 202.67.62.70:54000 TIME_WAIT
But the ports 50000-65535 are opened in my modem as always. I didn't changed anything in my modem/lan/network.

So i had the same issue since yesterday and i thought it was the maintenance taking longer time.. but it kept happening even after the maintenance.. So what i did:

-disconnect the PC and shutdown the router, and run these command on the command console

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns

After that give it a 5min then restart the router and connect everything. Good luck! dm(^.^)mb

My isp performed a check on my line and they said it's working perfectly. I reset the modem to default settings.
I still have that problem..
I wish to talk with a SE technician...

I'm pretty sure this has happened before to many people, last year infacct i think, zoning, staying on a black screen when trying to log back in and nothing, mules could log in on the same account til they got stuck too. I believe it took them a fair few days before they sorted it =(

Today i got a new modem (Asus Ac68u) but this did not solved the problem.
Does someone know the IP of playonline service?

With a connection resetted by the ISP, a new modem and different pc, the game was not working.
Then i installed this software:
https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/cports.html
To monitor the connections of my pc. Cports regognized pol.exe and suddendly it connected with playonline server.
Now is actually working. No idea what caused that issue.

UPDATE:
While i was writing this message, my ISP called me to say that they have close my maintenance issue ticket. He asked me if anything was working.
This made me realize that was an ISP error.
