In Defiant Challenge (Limit Break 1), "???" not appearing

Already got Exoray Mold and Bomb Coal.

Was trying to complete the quest by collecting three "ancient papyrus scrap" key items from ??? targets in the Eldieme Necropolis. But I can not find the ??? targets in room (H-9), (F-9) and (F-7).

I tried rezone and login and logout a few times and it didn't work.

Wondering if anyone encounter same problem and know to to resolve this.

Having the key item Ducal Guard's Lantern (http://ffxiclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Ducal_Guard%27s_Lantern) from the unmarked quest Save My Sister (http://ffxiclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Save_My_Sister) will prevent you to get Ancient papyrus shreds from any brazier, finish the quest first to get them.

I don't have ducal guard's latern. It's isn't the issue of clicking on ??? and not getting "ancient papyrus scrap". The issue is there is no ??? found or clickable in the room.
