stuck on mission awakening roz

I have been stuck on this mission for years but it has never really stopped me from going father until the rhapsody missions. I have tried to go back and receive cut sense a few times with out any luck.

Just a heads up, but you probably want to edit your post to include a filled out copy of the template from the sticky (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/68-Welcome-to-Forum-Technical-Support%21?p=82&viewfull=1#post82) here. If you think it's actually a tech support issue like hardware/OS/drivers/etc...

Since you also gave zero info to troubleshoot from, you might want to try checking one of the wikis to make sure you are not missing a trigger somewhere.

Walkthrough
Zone into Norg for a cutscene with Gilgamesh.
Enter the Neptune's Spire in Lower Jeuno for a cutscene with Aldo.
Note:
The two cutscenes above can be done in any order.
Both of these cutscenes are needed to be able to begin Shadows of the Departed.

Have been to both of these areas and spoken to them multiple times.

You also need to fully complete https://www.bg-wiki.com/bg/Storms_of_Fate in order to move forward to Shadows of the Departed.
