When zoning into san doria from east ronfaure, the cut scene with cait sith doesn't start.

Zoning in to southern sandoria (s) from east ronfaure (s)

Steps:
Step 1: went to sandoria
Step 2: realized I needed to trigger cutscene first from a cavernous maw for cait sith mission
Step 3: triggered cut scene, got mission, received "cait sith assistant title"
Step 4: Survival guide warped to east sandoria (s)
Step 5: left sandoria (s), went to ronfaure, rezoned back to sandoria
Step 6: expecting cutscene according to guide, nothing happened.
Step 7: at this point went back to a maw, triggered an RoV cutscene beside the maw. although this was unrelated as it shouldn't stop the main quest progress
Step 8: survival warped to east ronfaure (s), chocoed to sandoria (s), entered, still no cutscene
Step 9: tried restarting playonline in ronfaure, went back in and still no cutscene
