I can't seem to get the bundled scrolls KI to continue with getting more trusts. I have all 11 beginning city trusts and Zilart and Cop are showing last verse as in completed. I can't figure it out and could use some ideas or help. thanks

After you have all the city trusts (which includes "Shantotto", not "Shantotto II" or "D.Shantotto",) and the bundle KI, go to the past and get the cipher for Rainemard (https://www.bg-wiki.com/bg/Cipher:_Rainemard). After you have learned that trust, you should be able to unlock the ROE quests to get AA trusts.
