Game bug? Dynamis, clears

Cleared new dynamis bastok 4 times. First on blu, then on pld then thf and now run.
Went to upgrade gear today and only thf and run upgrades was listed. Can someone check for bugs after maint etc? Annoying if have to repeat clears.

If you are still having this issue I would like to suggest contacting the GM's in game support. To contact a Game Master simply type “/helpdesk,” which will bring up the menu to contact one for further assistance.
