stuck at downloading data in certain areas

My character Diosax have been experimenting troubles to get in. She gets stuck on downloading data and then time out at certain areas, not all wich are ceizak battlegrounds, mhuara and Reisenjima Henge (Omen). I tried all recomedations from GMS and Agents from SE chat but nothing is working. I can log with my other 3 characters but with Diosax at this moment I cant get in because is in Mhuara actually.

I'm not sure what all GMs recommend to fix this, but if you haven't tried this yet, when it's happened to me in the past I tried logging on using another computer and moving my character to another zone. Somehow that "resets" something.

I know that can be really annoying, especially if you don't have a secondary computer to use, but it's something that's worked for me in the past.
