My wife and I played for years. I planned on working with support to reactivate those accounts during customer service hours. We bought new accounts to familiarize ourselves with the game again and 1 of 3 accounts got validated. The other 2 have been pending for hours. Can someone validate our accounts so we can get back in game please?

Hello and Thank you for playing Final Fantasy XI. It seems that you have logged on and played so, the issue seems to be resolved. But for anyone else who sees this thread or if you have this issue in the future. When you transfer accounts there is a delay. Depending on how many characters and items are being migrated will determine how long this will take.
