Merit Weapon skill Missing

Steps:
1.I did the quest Martial Mastery and got the KI: Heart of the bushin
2.I got 357 GA skill
3.But the weapon skill Upheaval is still not on the weapon skill list
4. I tried to activate it with a command in chat but it said "unable to use weapon skill.
5. Also with capped Axe skill Ruinator is not on WS list.

Once you clear the quest, you are now able to spend Merit Points in the category under Weapon Skills in the Mog House to be able to use the weapon skills

You must also be on a job that is otherwise capable (lv.96+, 357+ natural skill, have KI, etc) of using that ws in order to be allowed to purchase it. EX: You can't buy Upheaval if you are on WHM, or any job that does not have at least 357 natural great axe skill. "Natural skill" means: base skill not including enhancements from gear or merits or any other source.

Thanks Zuidar, that "fixed" it. Did not know or missed the point somewhere that I had to increase the WS once to get it.
