No. It's haste not flurry. One increases melee attack speed (including ranger automaton) and one increases ranged.

Longer answer automaton ranged attacks aren't true ranged attacks but more like job abilities that count as ranged piercing dmg. If you want to make them shoot faster going to need Drum Magazine
