Cannot obtain upgraded Empy gear

Thread Title: Cannot obtain "Erilaz leg guards +1" from Monisette.

Steps:
- I do not have them already. I've triple checked. This includes mog storage.
- Obtain Erilaz leg guards.
- Zone into Port Jueno and try to trade the Erilaz leg guards, 20x Etched Memory, 8x Ch. 9's, Tartarian Chain to Monisette.
- Monisette collects the Ch. 9's, but ignores the recipe.
- When talking to Monisette about upgrading this piece of gear specifically, it does not show up "Empy Gear -> Erilaz Armor" menu. So it behaves as if I already have the piece of gear.

Just to confirm, you have performed upgrades on other Empyrean leg armor pieces?
Have you checked your Storage Slips to make sure you didn't forget that you've done it already? Items stored on slips won't show up from /itemsearch.
