Wildskeeper Reives don't need a 3 hour cooldown

Players can now kill a Wildskeeper Reive solo in just a few minutes, and they still have a 3 hour respawn. Could their respawn time be cut down to something more reasonable in a future update?

You should probably repost this over in the QOL thread. We know they've paid attention to it in the past, so better chance at being seen at least.
