Platform: Windows (Steam)

ISP: AT&T

Type of Internet Connection: Broadband over Wifi

Internet Connection Speed: 24 mb/s

Date & Time: about 1:00 am Eastern time

Frequency: Twice, have not tried more times than that

Character Name: MoobooMagoo

Race: Tarutaru

World: Asura

Main Job: BST 99

Support Job: NIN

Area and Coordinates: Eastern Adoulin in the scout coalition

Party or Solo: solo

NPC Name: Task Delegator

Monster Name: none

Steps: I undertook the coalition assignment Analyze: Yorcia Weald using three imprimaturs. When I traded the guatambu log to the task delegator I got the following message (the parentheses are my notes) :
"You have found a letter to the consuls. (the key item for nation mission 2-3)
As it likely belongs to a pioneer, you surmise that you should deliver it to the manager in charge of your assignment. (like when you pick up a lost article)
Report your success to the manager who assigned you this task.
Procure: Western Adoulin
0 of 0 resources logged."

I also can't access the anniversary RoE objectives. I do not know if this is related in any way.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I did not actually get any key items and the assignment still completed normally. I still got the bayld / experience reward.
I did also perform a file check but no errors were found.

It seems it isn't just that npc with messed up dialog.
Whenever I get Ionis cast on me from the npc Fleuricette in Western Adoulin she casts it, then I get the dialog
"<Huff> ...Sorry, I'm an out-of-shape geomancer...and not a people person."

I had one of my friends who is not having trouble with the anniversary RoE stuff get the buff cast on them and the dialog for them was normal. Again I don't know if this is related but it might be.

EDIT: I've also noticed most shop npcs have incorrect dialog, but still offer the correct items.

I deleted one of the .dat files to force a repair install and that seems to have fixed all the issues.
