Anniversary RoE, Directive RoE and Ygnas Trust not showing up

Completed the new Directive RoE from update and received Ygnas Trust and Key Item Ygnas's leaf this morning, also had Anniversary RoE quests flagged and everything was working fine; when I relogged later on all my RoE quests were now .'s as well as my Ygnas Trust and my Ygnas's leaf Key Item in Permanent Key Items is missing.

UPDATE: Deleted a file and did File Check again, did Repair File and this resolved my issue.

Delete any .dat file (do not delete any folders, and I suggest you find one w/ a small filesize like /rom/0/15.dat to minimize download time) then run check files to repair the install. This'll take a while, since it checks every single file, but it should fix your problem. This is not recommended by the devs, but the missing file will force a full scan and will find any bad files that you have.
