Head armor is not displaying any equipment I equip

Whenever I equip a headgear, it doesn't display the headgear on my character. I can see it equipped in my equipment menu, but when you look at my character, it's as if she isn't wearing any head armor. My lockstyle is off. I tried turning it on and off and still doesn't work. I tried equipping different head armor, but that doesn't work either. Zoning and logging off doesn't work as well. Please help. Thanks!
