Record of Eminence no complete after Palloritus Vagary win

1. Set RoE: Quests > Objective List > Content (Vagary) > Subjugation: Palloritus
2. Defeated Palloritus
3. RoE Completion not triggered


After beating Palloritus the Record of Eminence did not trigger for the win. Was a part of the alliance the whole fight and RoE was set weeks before the win. Should have received the RoE complete and items associated with the win and the unlock for the next 2 Vagarys RoE options. Screenshot showing the defeat of Palloritus can be provided if needed. The Record of Eminence activation should be able to be tracked back to a few weeks ago when I completed the Hands and Feet.

Pretty sure they can't verify something like the activation of an RoE quest weeks ago though..

You should have gotten credit for the clear at least, have you checked w/ Monisette to see if the associated Empyrean upgrade was properly unlocked?
Just in case, is the quest in your Current list yellow? That means you completed it, but your bag was full so couldn't get the reward.. If so, just make sure you have room and select it to complete it.

Thank you for the info, my inventory was not full and the I am unable to do the reforge due to not having the items provided by RoE clear.
