I think it's getting really annoying to listen to the Campaign song almost all the time you are in a WotG area. I think you should only hear it IF you are participating in Campaign. I want to listen to the normal battle music or the area music. I actually enjoy the in-game music.
And no, muting is not really an option. Please dear SE, address this issue. :)

Muting is an option, and because it's a warzone, the music is there to let people know there is a war going on. If you just entered the area after a battle started, you wouldn't know if not for the music.

Yeah, but the way the game is made, the war is irrelevant if you are not participating in Campaign (ex: leveling on Colibiries on East Ronfaure [S]).
I don't know, I don't remember Campaign being as frequent when WotG started.

They already fixed this years ago, the problem is no one really campaigns anymore so there's no "control" over it now. I switched it to the Colosseum music in the end.

Hear, hear! I definately agree. Even while I haven't leveled there in ages, it was still so incredibly annoying. The normal music was pretty decent, but the campaign music was irritating. Not a bad song, but loud, bombastic, overwhelming and most importantly, neverending. I could barely hear myself think, let alone friends over skype/vent.

This 'fix' would be a lovely addition, WotG OST is incredibly but sadly can't be appreciated enough.

Agreed. Having to listen to those drums all the time used to drive me crazy. They should at least add an option to turn it off.
