Escutcheons stage 2 problem

it wont let me start phase 2 shield i have completed all of stage 1 someone please help

You went back to the mithra in Jeuno and talked to her again? and re-traded the +1 shield to her? Had to wait til next game day to do those too. This wasthe part i didnt do and irked me til i went and did this.

and you traded it back to both the guild master AND then to her again? then rezoned/game-day before re-trading it to her again second time? if still not getting results, report bug in forums here. use their forms or it'll get ignored.
