Steps:
I tried to store some Relic +2 Armor with the Porter Moogle. It does not respond at all when trying to trade Relic +2 Armor. The armor does not augments or Magian trials active. I tried trading several pieces, but still no response. It responds perfectly with other pieces of armor and it was able to give me slip #13.

IIRC, Relic+2 armor MUST HAVE the augments in order to be stored w/ the Porter Moogle. You should be able to verify in-game by checking the slip at the moogle.
