It's a typo. It's there on the datamined stuff on the JPwiki (http://wiki.ffo.jp/html/35643.html). (Scroll all the way down, it's the last item on the page.)
"Magic accuracy +42" does appear to be missing on ours. Not sure if this type of error belongs in "Localization" or "Bug Report"..
