It's been a scheduled event for at least a couple years now, so it IS surprising that it's not here. There is a dev post in another thread (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/51339-The-Good-trusts-when-will-they-be-available-again?p=594864&viewfull=1#post594864) though that says it has been postponed to sync up w/ a returnee campaign, there has been no announcement about it at all so far, and it's unclear when it will be coming, and how that will affect the rest of the scheduled Extravaganzas.
This is not a bug, but if it were one, this thread would get auto-ignored anyway due to not using the template in this forum btw.
