The campaign details erroneously advertise the 'Wanted Dial Campaign' on the EU and US PlayOnline sites.
It is not mentioned in the Japanese documentation (nor is it actually implemented in-game).

It is in the English and thus under US law should exist. I worked for several companies and the legal department always told us what we wrote on behalf of the company was something the company had to stand behind. Thus all the reviews ....
It is not honorable to tell us to expect something and then ignore it and us.
Also if you're reporting the problem, IMHO, you should consider using the form in the sticky.

That's all nice, but why couldn't they just have a rep post "We're sorry, this was a translation error." and just add it to the next Campaign.

I agree. Maybe they will come up with something.
I think once they gave us a bonus for a mistake that was once made. If I remember correctly, it was the red pell event(?)

There is no form to be used for this section, hence not using one. :]

First off, we would like to apologize regarding the lack of communication regarding the Wanted Dial campaign announcement error. When issues like these arise, we will normally provide a notice regarding the problem, but as was pointed out, it was missed during our operational procedure.
We'll be reviewing our internal flows to make sure these issues don't happen again, and to also be sure we provide follow-ups as soon as we become aware of any issues.
