Currently the SITE FEEDBACK > Feedback and Suggestions forum's stated purpose is:


The purpose of this forum is for players to submit feedback and suggestions on FINAL FANTASY XI, the FINAL FANTASY XI Official Website, the FINAL FANTASY XI Forum and other official websites concerning FINAL FANTASY XI. In order for us to be able to offer a better service, we would like to hear your opinions.

This is misleading and as such topics posted here regarding game feedback have been moved to General Discussion. However, the General Discussion forum doesn't state submitting feedback and suggestions on FINAL FANTASY XI as it's purpose either:


The purpose of this forum is for players to discuss various topics on FINAL FANTASY XI with other players.

Feedback and suggestions for the game also seem to be out of place in a forum titled 'General Discussion' (topics related to feedback or suggestions would in itself no longer be 'General'). Wouldn't a forum titled Feedback and Suggestions within DISCUSSION be a more appropriate location?

Misleading, yep. Even the German forum says the section is for feedback on FFXI.

But it seems it's just for site feedback.

Agreed.
I don't know why there isn't one, considering that is about all this forum is good for is feedback.
Other than feedback, half of the things we'd do on this forum could be done on fansite forums where we aren't under so many rules.

Seems like General Discussion is now the feedback forum, which is pretty dumb. Now we have suggestions and random discussions going on in the same place. I thought they were "preparing" this forum over the past while? Doesn't seem like it.
