Ossifier's Ecu - Item name typo 'Ossiifer's'.
Smithing Kit 65 - Description text typo 'kukuris' instead of kukris.
Leathercraft Kit 66 - Description text lists 'Required skill: bonecraft (66)'
Leathercraft Kit 70 - Description text lists 'Required skill: bonecraft (70)'
Leathercraft Kit 75 - Description text lists 'Required skill: bonecraft (75)'

I've already reported this here (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/52134-Escutcheon-Related-Items-and-Menus) and it's been moved to Accepted Bugs already. ^^ I'm hoping they are fixed in a few days with the monthly update.

Also, there are a couple of spelling typos mentioned too I hope they get a chance to fix!
