Make sure you are playing in August. ^^;; The Mumor's are both connected to the summer event and are not available otherwise. Uka is a login point one iirc, and likely to be on tap for August as well.

Yeah, cause making them available once a year is totally fair and reasonable.
Oh you missed em, guess you have to wait 7 more months, that's too bad!

Better to have it 1 month out of every year, than "Never" like a few of the others that were ONLY available during special campaigns that have not yet come up since that I know of.
And yes, it is kinda stupid to do both the 1-month-per-year and even more so, the "Never" ones.
Really do not see the reason behind not allowing people to get stuff like Trusts. Unless, of course, they would balance current trusts to be as good, or even nearly as good, as the ones that are rarely (or never) available.
