Sagheera doesn't activate Reforge Artifact +1

As far as I know it should give a chat after i completed the Chain of Promathia mission 8-1 Garden of Antiquity which should unlock reforged artifacts +1 but it doesn't give me nothing.

Just to confirm, you are doing:

1. Talk to Sagheera (which should unlock reforges)
2. Talk to Monisette (who does the actual reforges)

..and getting nothing?

Might just want to finish up CoP to be sure that there isn't something else in the way..

I've just done all the CoP missions including the all the last cutscenes and Sagheera still doesn't give me the chat and i can't unlock artifact armors +1
