Abyssea Konschat NM Turul Stuck on Ground

This has apparently been an ongoing issue for over 5 years now.

There are a multitude of forum posts regarding this issue, all without a solution.

Turul is stuck on Asura in ground mode but he will not aggro, has no name, and is not targetable. Without intervention, he will stay that way in perpetuity...while this may not be recent content, the inability to interact with an NM that I need is annoying at the very least.

If you want your bug ticket to be not-tossed, you want to use the Bug Report Template (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/35051-Welcome-to-Forum-In-Game-Bugs%21?p=453663&viewfull=1#post453663) that they tell us to use. Any report not using the template has an extremely high likelihood of getting chucked into "Insufficient Information" or "Not a Bug Report".
