Steps:
1. Received The Third Upgrade Relic Sword Valhalla on 1/8/17
2. Finished Collecting Montiont Silver Pieces and traded for a Ranperre Gold Piece
3.Traded R. Gold Piece, Intricate Fragment, Necropsyche, and Valhalla to the Blank Spot at G-10 near the pond in the Beaucedine Glacier.
4. Received a message "Noting out of the ordinary".
5. Headed back to Castle Zvahl Bailey to talk with Switchstix to get Optional Cutscene thinking that might be the issue and got nothing but his regular message about upgrading armor and weapons.

As a note: I do not have any other Relic Weapons Open or upgrading. This is my third Relic on this account and first on this character. I understand the process and have never had an issue. Hopefully this issue is something small and stupid that I am overlooking. Other than that I have no idea what to do at this point.
