Kraken club 99

With the ability to upgrade REM to 99 with skill +, can we get the ability to upgrade kraken club to have +skill also and make it 99/i119? Maybe cost all three types of currencies, plutons, boulders and beitetsu.

Got my hands on this weapon for the first time today and its fun, but useless for the newer content.
