Tailor's ring

In case this is useful to someone, I figured out today that there is a reason to spend points on a Tailor's ring, if it really prevents HQ synth.

Switching to a new guild I immediately run into being unable to craft items because they can't be made with HQ materials.

Not sure exactly what you mean but the Chef's ring also stops you crafting HQ items. Obviously relating to cooking, if that helps too.

Yeah that's exactly the point of all these rings for each guild...
