FFXI crashing after last version update (10 Nov 2016)

After todays update I cannot start FFXI.
Playonline client works just fine until launching the game - then it crashes.
It has never happened before update and now it happens every time.
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro (with all updates)
CPU: intel i5-4670K
GPU: nVidia GTX 980
Driver version: 375.63 and 375.70 (tried both)
No windower, no other 3rd party software, no overlay, no forced AA, texture filtering, etc.
Anyone having same issue?
Maybe I should just install windower... or does it crash either?

Did you try a filecheck from POL when you login? Might be a corrupted file.

Have you temporally disabled your anti-virus software and tried?

Yeah I did disable anti-virus.
Running filecheck now.

Problem solved.
Riva Tuner Statistic Server even with disabled overlay was crashing FFXI.
Still, it was working fine (even with overlay) b4 the update.
Wierd.
