I have been unable to play my main character since 9:30 am pst on 8-14-16. When I first entered the throne room (s) the screen stayed black and the background music was going but kept skipping and screwing up. This also forced me to manually shut my computer down because I could not close the game. Upon restarting, I tried to re-enter into my character who is currently in the throne room and it doesn't load and stays on the black screen with no music. Again I shut down my computer and wait 30 minutes. I enter in on another character, which loaded with no issues in Jueno. I asked if anyone else has experienced the same issue and did not get a response. So I log off and log on my main and it was stuck on the black screen.
