World: Asura
Main Job: All jobs 99 except pld, war, pup and sch.
Support Job: war and sch are 49.
Area and Coordinates: n/a
Party or Solo: solo

Steps:
1. Items were dropped on my character, character was deleted, contacted customer support via phone, they opened an investigation (June 14th, 2016).
2. Two weeks later the investigation ended. Was referred to a GM by customer support. A GM restored the character to her deleted state but items were dropped prior to the deletion of the character (via character reactivation service).
3. The GM that restored the character told me to go to customer support to request item restoration.
4. Called customer support, they decided to re-open the investigation. They said they couldn't help me on July 14th, 2016 and to contact a GM about item restoration.
5. Contacted a GM, they said they couldn't help me since the items were dropped a month ago. Told me to contact support again or file a bug report here for help (July 15th, 2016).
6. As for the item restoration: I am looking to have the 119 idris, 99 daurdabla and 119 carnwenhan I made restored to my character. As stated in step 5 above, the GM wasn't able to recover these items for me due to the fact that they couldn't go back farther than a week to recover them.
