They aren't going to charge you for things that give people a clear unfair advantage. They aren't going to let us upgrade our weapons or buy better gear with real money. Yes, mules and an extra wardrobe give an advantage, but not having them doesn't cripple the player. 2 of the 3 changes you mentioned are now completely cosmetic, since they balanced the race differences.
