Steps:
1. Began killing Escha-Clionids around 12:30am pst
2. After about 20 kills, Warder of Loyalty spawned. Normally it spawns claimed (red name text) and immediately aggroes my character. This time it spawned unclaimed (yellow name text) and did not aggro my character. It did nothing.
3. I targeted it and engaged, casting Sudden Lunge as my auto-attacks began. Its name turned red and it began attacking me. After about 2 attack rounds, the Warder of Loyalty abruptly despawned.
4. Began killing Escha-Clionids
5. After about 5 kills, the Warder spawned. Again, it was unclaimed (yellow text) and just sat there doing nothing. Again, I engaged it, this time only with auto attacks. Again, its name turned red and it attacked me. After about 5 attack rounds, it despawned.
