Expansion data not installed?

I finally got my 360 to work with the game and now i get the message "Expansion data is not installed." WOTG and all 3 Abyssea sets are not installed. I purchased the 3 Abyssea expansions in Feb and i had purchased WOTG last year. All 4 of these items show up active and status have been confirmed. I can't reactivate anything and i dont see an option to unistall them individually and reinstall. I'm not sure if i want to do that because i dont have any of the registration codes available. I would hate to have to purchase all 4 again. So weird because i can play on on my PS3 w/o any issues. I purchased all 4 on my 360 before i installed on my PS3. any help will be greatly appreciated!!

I have FF XI, all 4 expansions and all 6 addons, ACP, AMK, ASA and Abyssea and play on PC, PS3, and 360
bought and registered each on PC and went to PS2 (now PS2 version on PS3) and 360 with no probs going back and forth between them.
Not sure what prob ya having or why, can ya explain anything else that might help with what the prob is?

Please keep in mind that the four expansions (Rise of the Zilart, Chains of Promathia, Treasures of Aht Urhgan, and Wings of the Goddess) must be registered to the PlayOnline account in question, as well as installed on the platform you are trying to log in on.

The add-on packs should be installed as part of the normal FINAL FANTASY XI update. If you have not done so yet, please ensure that FINAL FANTASY XI has been updated. If they still are not installed properly after updating, you will unfortunately need to uninstall and reinstall FINAL FANTASY XI.

As for Wings of the Goddess, you mention that you installed the expansion on your Playstation 3, which would be the Playstation 2 version. You will need to obtain a copy of the Xbox360 version of Wings of the Goddess in order to install that expansion on the Xbox 360.

i have the same probleme the with abyssea add-ons,i have unistalled and reinstalled twice with the same resultes
please help me out!
