In regards to PlayOnline, we have previously received reports that the program file “pol.exe” was deleted by a certain security software maker. We have confirmed that the issue has now been resolved.
If you have experienced and confirmed that the program file has been deleted, we apologize for the inconvenience but please update your security software to the latest version.
Furthermore, this will be the customer’s decision, but due to the settings on the security software description, the issue may be prevented by removing files detected from the virus scan.
