Abyssea equipment seals seriosuly need to be able to be stored and retreaved. They are taking up termendous amounts of inventory space. I feel for those that have many jobs leveled.
Theirs Five seals per job. Twenty Jobs. That in and of itsself is 100 storage slots. Thats insaign. Expecaly since SE is intent on keeping the rewards of seals so random.
Then theirs the +2 items on top of that. While im not exactly sure how many of them their are, i no theirs Voyage, Balance, Vision, Ardor, and Weildence. Each of them haveing a Coin, Stone Jewel, Card version. thats 20+ diffrent slots for them.
120 slots to hold them seems a bit rediculus. Alow them to be stored and retreaved in the same manner as say the beastman selas are. It would relay help reduce storage problems form them.
These items were not on the list of things you can't send an alt in the upcoming change to the delivery system.

This does not mean they should not be made storable.
This simply means if you want to pay extra money every month, you can mule them.
This also means you have to get on your mule to re-access them.
I would love for seals to be storable via an NPC, as currently I fill my entire Satchel with nothing but seals until I have enough to make the +1 and store that.
Although I have a mule, I won't be storing them on it. It'd be more of an annoyance to throw them back and forth than the inventory space is worth, for me. xP

not trying to be a jerk or anything, but why would you be running around with so many lines of seals started?
Focus on finishing some pieces and then you can store the finished pieces on a Moogle Storage Slip until you need to use them.

Actually they are listed on the exclusion list, in a more general sense:
Items related to the Trial of the Magians

Because seal rewards are random. Their for you end up with a lot of seals you dont realy need. That being said its still a shame to jsut toss them. Anyone whos seriously farmed some seals probably has a peice or two their close to finisheing that they dont even need. Hell im 7/8 on my pup hands. And my pups like lvl 12.
As long as seal rewards are random, which SE said they are not changing, then you will end up with a lot of random seals. Changes are you cant use every single one, so your left with two options. Toss them, or store them. And being alowed to store them makes a lot more sence!

Like many players, we keep the seals that we have the opportunity to lot on while doing events. At any given time I must have close to 20 types in my MH, upgrading items as I complete the sets. Not all players have the luxury of a good LS or group of friends to just go out and get an item done in one outing.

meh.. I've already decided I'm not leveling anymore jobs for a long time...maybe even never. I already have 10 jobs leveled that cover nearly every WSNM weaponskill out there(waiting for people to get to sword fight, and can't do ranged as RNG is retired at 51), and can gear up to do almost every single abyssea proc out there (may be limited with RNG proc options as it would be done as a subjob).
That being said--I toss seals I don't need. So, in order to save space I am focusing on one slot of armors at a time and only holding seals I need for other slots that just happen to drop during other events. Might need to prioritize if space is an issue. If people decide to go ahead and do all pieces and store them in case they decide to level a job later--then they should foresee they will have a space problem in the mean time and come up with a strategy. Maybe focus more on feet until they get all they want done, then move on to legs, then hands, etc. Or focus on just one job and do all it's armor first (mostly via NM's and less by quests), and only hold on to the oddball pieces that happen to drop on the side.
In short, simply running around grabbing up to 100 lines of seals and/or armor plus the 60 JSE accessories without having a plan to manage the inventory space is going to be a problem if you have a lot of gear/consumables on hand for multiple jobs--might need to evaluate your priorities.
As a sideline to the issue...SE already announced they are tweaking things to give us an easier way to obtain the seals and +2 items...so this all may become a moot point in the next 60 days anyway.

I have for the most part soloed my pieces. I have maybe gotten in total 20 seals from LS/Friends/Pickups as they were mostly the last one or 2 seals I needed to finish a piece. I have +1'ed feet for WHM/BLM/SMN/SAM/MNK/WAR/NIN, am 6/8 DRK, 7/8 BST, 11/8 DRG (still trying to get those 3 feet pieces) and +1'ed WHM head and MNK legs. Otherwised I have partial lines started for most of the other pieces, about 5 or 6 lines per slot going for the other slots, except I have gotten 10 lines going for body as I do a lot of Glen Crab pages for skilling up solo.
It doesn't take a whole lot of effort to get seals if you have the right job selections to solo or low-man stuff. now, getting the particular seals you need may be another story--but that is the catch: setting something as a priority so you are reducing the odd-ball drops that are just going to choke up your inventory. Once you finish a piece, you can store it. Each NM only drops from a pool of 4 jobs, many of the normal quests that you can spam repeatedly without the once-per-day run restriction likewise focus on a small set of jobs. So, if you restrict your goals/methods a little more--you restrict the potential clutter.
I've been there, done that, got the T-shirt. My Satchel is almost entirely full of nothing but seals atm. And yet (depending on the job) I can still have up to 21 slots open between in my sack and normal inventory. I could have more, but I have a lot of crystals and crafting mats stored in locker/storage for later use.

I have 25 Different Seals in my Mog Satchel, and 5 Different +2 Items.
This is because of stuff like Dominion Ops, Random seals from NMs in Linkshell events I'm allowed to freelot, etc. You can't always control which Seals you get, and for people with 12+ jobs like me, Seals add up, especially when you're doing Cruor-Farm or Exp-farm parties and Dominion Ops randomly coming across 1 or 2 seals you need.
Not to say if i took 5 hours i couldn't go and probably finish half of those and store the +1, but I'm lazy :X, and i hate pick up parties.
So, Being able to Dbox them Will probably make me happy, But at the same time It means i'll have to keep track/remember how many of each i have.
I have a hard time remembering if i have the +1 versions lol, since they're all in storage.
I think being able to Store these Somewhere would be nice, But i wouldn't complain if we couldn't. Cause theres an easy solution to getting rid of them.

You fail. The seals are easy to complete AND SE made them deliverable to mules.

Thinking in any way shap or form that muling seals is a good solution is wrong. A very high portion of the populous do not have mules. This nonstorability was a mistake on SE's part, much like how they did not stack to begin with.

I also posted that a month before the actual update lol.
This thread was necro'd. I only posted that at the time because I thought the opening paragraph of the update notes covered those.

I wouldn't mind a new gobbie bag just for holding seals, like a bag that you can only put seals and +2 items in. Because I too have many jobs and too many partial seal sets.

The packrat dilemma cannot be solved by adding more storage... there's never enough room.
Now it's seals, tomorrow it's bone chips.
And seals ARE storable. You got 10 trials, and you can complete armor pieces without even having the job unlocked or at level. So store them in the delivery crate on an active trial, then store the completed armor with porter moogle.
Seals for jobs you don't play should be stored on a mule until you can complete the trial, the rest on a trial or own storage.
You lose a bit of overview by sending to a mule, but since you were lotting on seals that were going to rot anyway, it doesn't matter if you got 9 of 8 hand seals for your still locked PUP job...

I can understand why you are concerned about your inventoryspace... hmm.. we have 80 Inventory, 80 Mog Satchel, 80 Mog Sack (in sum 240 directly acessible) and 220 via Mog House (240 + 220 = 460). So there is plenty of space you could waste.
Hmm... that's interesting I've 25 inventory space left and a lot of those AF3 upgrade items.
As RAIST said - you have to priorize what you want and what not.
And for those who want to know what Item they allready upgraded to what stage - pen and paper - works fine since over 3.000 years(!)

Seeing as how we have storage for pretty much everything else these days, I would think there would be an NPC for this by now. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find one.
I don't think so, but you can store them on a mule (that's what I do)... if they can be stored that would be nice though.
