Any good list of areas by levels?

I'm not really concerned with going to the optimal spots to level. I'd like to vary locations and explore the world more, even if the enemies there are less efficient to grind.

Is there any compiled list of areas and the general level of enemies within? I know I can just go on a wiki and look up each area, but that's tedious and am hoping there already exists a list.

The wikis basically already have a list. Look up Grounds Tome and Valor Tome.

That will tell you very well what levels of monsters you can find in an area.
