Is anyone able to summon the red crab mount using the menu command?

SE has moved two bug reports to insufficient information, even though the second one was properly filled out using the bug report form. What's the deal?

have to use /mount "Red Crab" to make it work. Sad to say its only way i can find to make it work which is quite sad that day one it hasn't worked properly and yet the made a big deal out of the event.

I had the same trouble. Error from the menu. Used the /mount command to ride it.
