Trusts not at full lvl

I was soloing Sinister Reign before update with Trusts and now they barely hit the enemy. I see there was a fix after update, that the trusts were not the same lvl as the gear you have and it was resolved. Maybe not all servers?

It was actually broken the opposite way. Trusts had near-perfect accuracy, could evade statuses like no one's business, etc. The "fix" had them reset to normal values. I could solo SR with them before the initial break and after the fix with difficulty, but it was noticeably, noticeably easier during that period of brokenness.

Yep, the super hero trusts were short lived.
