Having problems signing in

Can anyone tell me how to get around this problem. POL won't let me in because it says I have to many names to link to my Main. I have been on since the update and no problems. They have listed one old name (all of a sudden) that is on different server. It shows in the cancelled/to be cancelled list when I check in the management site. This character hasn't been active in a long long while. I have redone my list, I have remade my list, deleted any old lists and it is still trying to link this character.

This is something that surfaces every time we have a free login campaign. When you log on with PlayOnline select Navigator and then Handles. Simply create a new handle and attach any deactivated/unused characters to it, that should get you around the problem.
