Pretty sure there is not much room for new spells period at this point. Devs have already said as much :/ Absolutely pointless to use one up for Refresh2.

I do hope so too! it's not fair that ffxiv gets a huge graphics update and ffxi doesn't get anything special

Correct (https://www.bg-wiki.com/ffxi/New_Blue_Mage_Spells). However, they'd changed their mind before with enough demand. I suppose anything is ultimately possible.

Bumping threads does nothing, state your peice and be done with something. Yeah, revisit it later after some time has passed maybe, but this is a slow moving forum. The only value bumping has is if something falls off the front page. The same person posting "bump" is not going to make a community rep or dev go "oh, this guy said "bump," guess that means we should look at this."
That simply does not happen.
