Can we get Moghancements for Capacity Points, Escha silt and beads?

We already have the "moghancement: bounty" KI from the Vana'clock, giving us a bonus to cp and exp gain rate. And since exp gained in escha is directly related to silt gain, that sort of accomplishes the same thing as you're asking.
In addition, there are different memento KIs from raising pets in your garden that raise your exp and cp gain rate, not to mention bonuses from accomplishing certain roes and reaching certain cp gift tiers, using Kupofried trust, using corsair's roll, or using special capes. I don't really see them adding yet more bonuses to our gain rate, short of the campaigns they do now and then.
That's just for CP/Exp, How about Silt and Beads, even other drops required from other stuff to do REM weapons and aeonic? A bonus from the moogle would be nice,

Slit and beads are not very hard to farm. I don't see them needing Moghancements for that or EXP/CP. Rhapsodies of Vana'diel KIs handle EXP/CP bonus alone.
