I talked to Sagheera multiple times before talking to Monisette and tried the options
Just wanted to chat (this ends the dialogue without any reply from Sagheera)
Buy detergent (After agreeing to buy the Cosmo-Cleanse, she tells me I already have it)
Ask about relic restoration (Selecting the Monster helm upgrade gives me the required items for the monster helm +1)
before trying to upgrade the Monster helm with Monisette.
Do I need to do anything else?
